Brian Steffen

Brian Steffen has been in the CEO role for two major organizations, first with Greater Missoula Family YMCA from January 2016 to January 2018 and currently with YOUNG MENS CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF EUGENE. Brian has significant experience in managing numerous divisions within an organization while also working closely with a Governing Board to ensure community needs are being met. Brian is excellent at developing relationships with various stakeholders and partners to help further the mission of the organization. Brian has a total of 14 years of experience in this role and has managed up to 10 direct reports.

Brian Steffen has a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, and Advertising Administration from Brigham Young University.
