Foster Rockwell

Foster Rockwell is an experienced professional in enterprise learning and organizational training, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Learning at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc since December 2021, after the acquisition of PPD. In this capacity, Foster oversees learning programs aimed at promoting employee readiness and aligning with business objectives. Previously, Foster held the same title at Evidera, beginning in January 2014, and contributed to various roles including Specialist Master at Deloitte Consulting and Director of Curriculum Development at ESI International. Foster's career also includes experience as a BodyPump Group Fitness Instructor at Gold's Gym and the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington since October 2018.
