Anupma Singh

Anupma Singh has a varied work experience that spans several industries and roles. Anupma started their career as a Software Test Engineer at Microsoft in 2004. Anupma then moved on to work as an IT System Analyst at T-Mobile, where they addressed production issues related to Wireless Number Portability (WNP) and worked as a test engineer for T-Mobile's Billing application. Anupma also worked at Amdocs as a Senior QA SME, where they addressed day-to-day and production issues related to WNP and Number Management for T-Mobile's WNP vendors. Additionally, they worked at Tek Systems as a QA Engineer and at Eagleview Technology as a QA Analyst. Their most recent role was as the Director of Child Care Program at YMCA of Snohomish County. Throughout their career, Anupma has demonstrated their expertise in QA and testing, as well as their ability to handle day-to-day issues and support production processes.

Anupma Singh obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University (Agra University) between 1986 and 1998. Additionally, they pursued further education in the same field and earned a Master's Degree in Physics from the same university from 1989 to 1990.
