Rob Millard has a diverse work experience in facility management roles. Rob started their career at Allstar Fitness in 2005, where they served as the Director of Facilities for seven years. In 2012, they joined the YMCA of Snohomish County and held various roles including Director of Facilities, Senior Facilities Director, and Property Management Director. Currently, Rob is the Vice President of Property at YMCA of Snohomish County.

Rob Millard attended Central Washington University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Justice.
