Tracy Sussman has extensive experience in marketing, including positions at Life Time Fitness, the American Red Cross, and Rose Research LLC. As the Senior Director of Marketing at the YMCA of South Palm Beach County, Tracy is responsible for implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive membership growth and increase brand awareness within the community. Tracy’s background also includes roles as a Department Head Manager and Senior Project Director, showcasing a diverse skill set in marketing and research analysis. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.
