Saraiha Sampson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic equity and program management. As the Director of Strategic Equity and National Program Director at Young People in Recovery since February 2019, Saraiha has played a pivotal role in advancing equity-focused initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Leader at City Year Los Angeles, where organizational skills were honed through coordinating service events with corporate sponsors and educational institutions. Prior roles at the Island House Hotel, The Law Office of Rita G. Alexyn, Social Capital Inc., and as a Resident Counselor contributed to a strong foundation in customer service, legal advocacy, community outreach, and youth mentorship. Saraiha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northeastern University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
