The leadership team at Young & Rubicam, Inc. has a long and varied history, with members coming from many different backgrounds and experiences. Many on the team have worked in advertising and marketing, including at companies such as Chief, BAV Group, VMLY&R, McCann Erickson, and Ford Motor Company. Others have come from more general business backgrounds, such as Time Inc. and Qais Consulting. The team also has a wide range of educational experiences, from Hyper Island's executive training program to Electrical and Electronics Engg at Birla Institute of Technology.
