Maria K. has been serving in various HR roles for several organizations since 2001. Maria is currently the Head of People at Young Vic, bringing with their extensive experience in human resources management, including leading teams, payroll, health, and safety. Maria previously held roles as the Head of HR at Design Council and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. With a background in history and education, Maria also has a strong foundation in HR policies and procedures, employee relations, and industrial relations.
