Dawn Wilson Barnes is a seasoned capital markets professional with extensive expertise in Real Estate, Private Equity, and cannabis-focused offerings. Currently serving as a Registered Securities Representative and Registered Municipal Advisory Representative at Young America Capital, as well as an Independent Board Director and Member of the Audit Committee at Green Thumb Industries, Dawn has held various leadership roles since beginning a career that includes positions such as President at Aurora Bay Capital and Vice President at Goldman Sachs. Dawn's past experience spans across significant firms including JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch, and a foundational role at the U.S. Department of Labor. Dawn holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School.
