The leadership team at YoungAmericaCapital has a long history of experience in the financial industry, with members coming from a variety of backgrounds. Many on the team have worked as financial analysts, consultants, and managing partners at various companies. Others have experience in electrical engineering, production management, and law. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from Columbia Business School, Harvard Business School, and Brown University.
