Heike Dempster is a Senior Public Relations Manager at National YoungArts Foundation and a Freelance Art Writer for publications such as Whitewall, Art Pulse, and others. Heike previously worked as a host and producer at Radio Turks & Caicos and Big Up Radio, as well as owned their own PR and Media company, Axe-s Media. Heike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Caribbean Studies and English from London Metropolitan University and a Fashion Business Certificate from London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.

Entrance into this prestigious organization starts with a highly competitive application process for talented artists ages 15–18, or grades 10–12 in the United States.
