Heather Miller has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Heather started their career as an Account Coordinator and Rates Coordinator for Procter & Gamble. In 2004, they moved to HealthPort Technologies as a Chart Management Associate. In 2009, they became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Concept Rehab Inc. In 2019, they took on the same role at Encore Rehabilitation Services. In 2021, they began working at Radian as a Post-Closing Document Control Specialist, where they evaluated loan documents for accuracy and completeness, executed loan packages, tracked incoming funds and outgoing shipments, reviewed accuracy of recordable loan documents, and performed editing in Adobe Acrobat and SImplifile programs. Finally, in 2022, they began working at Youngblood Automation as an Inside Sales and Customer Support. Additionally, from 2020 to present, they have been an Independent Travel Counselor for InteleTravel.com.

Heather Miller attended Centerville High School before completing an Associate's degree in Business - Travel & Tourism at Sinclair Community College in 1997. Heather then returned to Sinclair Community College in 2009 to complete an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapist Assistant. In July 2022, Heather obtained a certification in Proven Tips for Managing Your Time from LinkedIn.
