Anson L.

Anson L. has a work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Anson started their career at the University of California, Los Angeles as a tutor from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, they joined Teledyne Technologies Incorporated as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern before becoming a Product Engineer from July 2012 to May 2013. Finally, Anson joined Younger Optics in 2013 and held various positions including Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Project Manager (Certified PMP), and currently serves as the Engineering Director since July 2021.

Anson L. obtained their Master's degree in mechanical engineering from UCLA in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA in 2011. In terms of certifications, they obtained the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from PMI-Los Angeles Chapter in 2017. In 2016, they received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). Additionally, in 2012, they obtained the TQM Structured Problem Solving certification from Teledyne Technologies, and in 2011, they obtained the Engineering in Training certification from The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
