Hansjakob Leuenberger

Hansjakob Leuenberger serves as CEO and holder of Tierklinik24 since January 2007, overseeing the horse department and performing as chief surgeon for both horses and small animals. In addition, Hansjakob has been leading the Swiss cow project for Youngone Corporation since 2008, focusing on establishing a successful dairy farm in Bangladesh. Previously, Hansjakob was an honorary member of the Federation of Swiss horse breeding association after 12 years as president from 2003 to 2015. In 2012, participation occurred in discussions regarding the new animal disease law as a representative. Prior roles include ownership and management of Gross-und Kleintierklinik Leuenberger Staffelbach, assistance at the University of Bern’s veterinary clinic, and positions as a medical assistant and scientific assistant in veterinary practices. Education culminated in a Dr.med.vet degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Bern, completed in 1981.
