Megan Payich

Megan Payich has held a variety of roles in different industries since 2017. Megan began their career as a Success by 6 Counselor at United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley in 2017. Megan then held positions at John Carroll University as a Career Services Advisor, Arrupe Scholar, and Recreation Assistant. In 2020, they became a Market Research Analyst. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Valley Growth Ventures and a Volleyball Coach at Girard Sr High School. Megan currently serves as the Assistant Director of Youth Entrepreneurship & Mixed Reality and Marketing Coordinator at Youngstown Business Incubator. In their role as Marketing Coordinator, they are responsible for planning and executing fundraising events, managing event logistics, creating event communications, coordinating seasonal and special events, conducting grant and sponsorship research, and designing and developing sponsor collateral. In 2022, they are set to begin a new role as a Data Analyst at Belva Creative.

Megan Payich began their educational journey at Girard Sr High School and graduated in 2017. Megan then attended John Carroll University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. During their time at John Carroll University, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program in 2020, earning a Microenterprise Development: Social Innovation at the Margins certification. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Regent's University London. In 2021, they began a Full-Stack Data Analytics Certification at Case Western Reserve University, which they are expected to complete in April 2022. In addition to these educational experiences, Megan Payich has obtained certifications in Google Analytics, Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative certified IRB Student Researcher, Inbound Marketing Certified, and Marketing Certified from HubSpot.
