Neal McNally

Neal McNally is the current Vice President for Finance & Operations at Youngstown State University. Neal has held this position since July 2006. Prior to that, they were the Budget Director at Youngstown State University from September 1995 to June 2006. Neal also worked at the Ohio Board of Regents from June 2006 to February 2014.

Neal McNally received a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The Ohio State University. Their focus was in public finance.
