Brenna Harden

Brenna Harden has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Brenna is currently working as a Software Developer III at Younique Products since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ConexED as a Software Developer from May 2021 to January 2022. Brenna also served as a Mentor at Devmountain from January 2021 to May 2021.

In 2020, Brenna worked as a Web Developer at DevMountain Student Developers, where they were involved in the development of projects using technologies such as JavaScript, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, and Express. Additionally, they worked on two specific projects during this time - Library Sim, a public library website simulation aimed at improving user experience, and Zeppi, a location-based messaging web application designed to increase community interactivity.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Brenna gained valuable experience in other fields. Brenna worked as an Operations Supervisor at UPS from August 2018 to July 2020, where they supervised a team and managed 80 unionized employees. During their tenure, they implemented a more efficient sorting system and demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Prior to UPS, Brenna worked as a Guest Services Supervisor at Deer Valley Resort from October 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they coordinated vacation home rentals across multiple departments and improved the guest experience by anticipating needs and implementing solutions.

Earlier in their career, Brenna worked as a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University - Idaho in early 2017, and as a Manager at Paramount Twin, Inc. from January 2016 to February 2017. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills, provided high-quality customer service, and oversaw day-to-day operations.

Before entering the professional world, Brenna gained experience in the service industry as a Server at Elk River Club in 2015.

Lastly, Brenna worked as a Manager at Rave Motion Pictures from October 2009 to September 2013. During this time, they coordinated advertising and content management, managed a staff of 40, and ensured the quality of the customer experience. Brenna briefly left this position to engage in 18 months of volunteer service in the Dominican Republic.

Brenna Harden began their education in 2016 at Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they studied Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Brenna received their Bachelor of Arts degree from this institution in 2017. In 2020, Brenna enrolled at Devmountain to further their education in the field of Web Development. However, no degree was specified for this program.
