Heather Wingerter

Heather Wingerter has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Heather started their career at Don Mafrige Property Management in 1999, where they managed multiple properties including commercial shopping malls, a government warehouse, an apartment complex, and individual condos. Heather was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees, as well as leading marketing and advertising campaigns.

From 2009 to 2013, Heather Wingerter owned and operated HD Construction & Home Maintenance. Heather built the company from scratch and handled various aspects of the business including office setup, website design, marketing, project management, and quality control.

In 2013, they joined Black Diamond Lodge at Deer Valley Resort as the Department Lodging Manager. In this role, they managed the Housekeeping Department, leading a team of housekeepers, lodge attendants, and supervisors. Heather ensured that the department exceeded guests' and owners' expectations by providing exceptional service. Heather handled hiring, incentive programs, discipline, scheduling, and payroll.

Most recently, Heather Wingerter worked at Younique Products as the Shipping/Distributions Manager. Heather was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting new hires. Additionally, they developed orientation and training programs for employees, as well as assigning, coaching, and disciplining them.

Heather Wingerter has achieved an Associate of Science degree from Galveston College. Heather also holds a certification as a Microsoft Office User Specialist, which they obtained in December 2002.
