Diego Dotta Couto

Diego Dotta Couto is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Youper, a company that provides a platform for people to manage their occupational health. Diego has over thirteen years of experience in designing and developing software products.

Diego began their career as a UX designer and full stack developer at TOTVS, a Brazilian software company. Diego worked there for eight months before moving to Sábios Inovação. At Sábios, Diego worked as a project manager and lead UX designer for five years. Diego was responsible for developing a platform that offered a number of applications designed to allow the easy creation and editing of immersive experiences. The platform also provided tools for managing experiments and data obtained during its applications.

In 2013, Diego left Sábios Inovação to co-found Youper with their brother, Igor Dotta Couto. Youper is a social and technological innovation company dedicated to fostering transformation in organizations. The company offers a number of applications that are designed to help people improve their occupational health. Diego currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Youper.

Diego Dotta Couto has a specialization in business statistics from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, an organizational leadership certification from Stanford Continuing Studies, and a Startup School Founder Track certification from the Startup School by YC. Diego also has a specialist certification in user experience design from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a bachelor's degree in advertisement and graphic design from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina. Finally, they have a certification from John Hopkins University in executive data science specialization.

Their manager is Jose Hamilton, Co-founder & CEO. They are on a team with and Thiago Marafon - Co-founder & CTO.
