Stephan Moltzen

Stephan Moltzen currently serves as Managing Director and CEO of Youplus Assurance AG, a role held since September 2019, focusing on supporting business partners in complex estate planning. Prior to this, Stephan Moltzen was the Chief Digital Officer for Bancassurance at HDI Gruppe, overseeing strategic and digital transformation across multiple entities. Previously, leadership roles at Deutsche Bank included Head of Bancassurance, where strategic development efforts contributed approximately €150 million in annual revenue. Additional experience encompasses heading the Pension and Life Insurance business at MLP AG and significant positions at Skandia and Rabobank, where substantial fund management and business setups were accomplished. Stephan Moltzen's educational background includes an MBA in Financial Services and extensive training in leadership and banking.
