Miguel Yau

Miguel Yau is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Your Data Playbook since April 2025. Previously, Miguel held the position of Data Science Coordinator at Copa Airlines from February 2019 to June 2025. Miguel's expertise was further developed as a Research Engineer at the Georgia Tech Panama Logistics Innovation & Research Center between September 2017 and February 2019. Earlier in their career, Miguel worked as a Systems and Computer Methods Analyst for the Autoridad Nacional para la Innovación Gubernamental from August 2015 to October 2016. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Computing, Computer Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, obtained in December 2015.
