Alison Evans

Alison Evans is currently the Director of Human Resources at Your Employment Solutions. Alison has been with the company since April 2012, starting as an On-Site Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing new hire training process for temporary/contingent workers within a manufacturing firm where there was no formal training program in place. Alison also implemented an attendance program for temporary workers that helped encourage attendance acceptable for full time hire within the client company.

As On-Site Manager, they also coordinated work schedules among 200+ temporary/contingent workers on 4+ shifts within the production facility, managed daily schedules and shift changes to ensure all necessary production positions were filled in order to operate smoothly and productively 24/7, and oversaw agency shift leads; auditing, training, motivating, and encouraging best practices among YES leads. When there were client-employee placement dissatisfactions, they would correct them by acknowledging the problem, intervening, and removing the employee from the job assignment. Alison also validated time clock data and audited against labor schedule to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing procedures.

Huntsman School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Utah State University - Jon M. Alison also has certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
