Erica Johnson

Erica Johnson currently serves as the Executive Director of Clinical Services at Your Health, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Erica was the Resource Director of Case Management - Corporate at Vibra Healthcare from May 2021 to March 2025, and held the position of Regional Tier 2 Case Manager at Kindred Healthcare from January 2020 to May 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Case Manager and Case Manager at UW Rehab Hospital from January 2018 to May 2021, and Case Management Coordinator at Select Specialty Hospital from June 2009 to January 2018. Erica also worked as a Sales Associate at L'Occitane en Provence from January 2011 to 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Brescia University, and an Associate's degree in Human Services from Brescia University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
