Welcome to Your Healthcare CIC. We are a not for profit social enterprise, proud of delivering patient-led, high quality health and social care community services for residents in Kingston upon Thames.

Working as a Community Interest Company (CIC), our status allows us to invest any surplus or profit back into front line services, where it is needed most by you, our community.

As a health and social care provider, we work in partnership to provide over 40 services to the residents of Kingston.

Some of our health care community services are: District Nursing, Health Visiting, School Nursing, Rehabilitation, Rapid Response, Continence, Respiratory, a Tissue Viability & Leg Ulcer clinic, Integrated Care, Learning Disability Services, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech & Language provision.

Our social care community services include; Reablement & Shared Lives Scheme (formerly Adult Placement Scheme).

We currently deliver health and social care services on behalf of the Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group, other NHS organisations and local authorities.

The Healthcare and Clinical Services team at Your Healthcare CIC comprises a diverse group of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the Kingston upon Thames community. This multidisciplinary team includes rapid response nurses, speech and language therapists, community nurses, clinical practitioners, physiotherapists, and care coordinators. Together, they deliver crucial services such as rapid response for urgent care needs, specialized therapy for speech and language, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and coordinated care for individuals with autism, all aimed at enhancing health outcomes and improving the quality of life for community residents.

Healthcare and Clinical Services

The IT and Technical Support team at Your Healthcare CIC is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s technological infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of health and social care services. This includes managing network security, providing technical assistance to staff, ensuring the reliability of IT systems, and swiftly addressing and resolving any technical issues to support the efficient functioning of over 40 community services.
