Jo Thomas is the Marketing and Communications Lead at Your Healthcare CIC since June 2023, overseeing strategic marketing and communications for the independent, not-for-profit social enterprise in Kingston-Upon-Thames. Previously, Jo served as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust from September 2013 to November 2021, where responsibilities included internal and external communication strategy as well as public affairs. Jo also held the position of Communications Director at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust from September 2004 to September 2013, focusing on communication delivery at the UK's largest specialist centre for heart and lung disease. Earlier roles include Head of Communications at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust, Communications Manager at the UK Department of Health, and various production roles in television. Jo holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Bristol.

Welcome to Your Healthcare CIC. We are a not for profit social enterprise, proud of delivering patient-led, high quality health and social care community services for residents in Kingston upon Thames. Working as a Community Interest Company (CIC), our status allows us to invest any surplus or profit back into front line services, where it is needed most by you, our community. As a health and social care provider, we work in partnership to provide over 40 services to the residents of Kingston. Some of our health care community services are: District Nursing, Health Visiting, School Nursing, Rehabilitation, Rapid Response, Continence, Respiratory, a Tissue Viability & Leg Ulcer clinic, Integrated Care, Learning Disability Services, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech & Language provision. Our social care community services include; Reablement & Shared Lives Scheme (formerly Adult Placement Scheme). We currently deliver health and social care services on behalf of the Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group, other NHS organisations and local authorities.
