Head of Strategy & Operations at Heights

Querine Bulthuis is the current Head of Strategy & Operations at Heights. Prior to this, they were an Associate Consultant at Eden McCallum from September 2017 to January 2021. There, they worked across a wide range of sectors and board-level topics, including growth strategy for a software provider, financial evaluation of strategic partnership for technology player, global transformation programme merging two business units for a large FMCG player, funding assessment for non-profit organizations, and revenue optimization in a B2B distribution company. Querine was appraised for effective communication, drive and stakeholder management, with the ability to get quickly up to speed in complex situations.

Prior to their work at Eden McCallum, Querine interned as a Brand Manager at Khuyool Group from June 2014 to July 2014. There, they assessed portfolio diversification options and new private label partnerships for the consumer goods division, and explored setting up an assembly facility in Western Europe for Cavallix blades and razor blades.

From 2013 to 2014, Querine was also the President of the Board at SOLVE Consulting NL. And from 2012 to 2013, they were a Student Tutor at TopBijles.

Querine Bulthuis' educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, a Master of Science in Organisational Change & Consulting from the same school, and a Master of Arts in Strategy & International Management from the University of St.Gallen. Querine also attended 't Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum.

Jack Robinson - Operations Manager, Rob Katz - People Operations Manager, and Lisa Holton - Strategy & Operations Manager report to Querine Bulthuis. They are on a team with Hans Kunisch - SVP, North America, Yusuf - Visual Creative Director, and Julietta Contoguris - Sr. Product Manager. Their manager is Joel Freeman, Co-founder.
