Helen Park

Helen Park is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in AI strategy, operations, and research and development. As the Director of AI Strategy & Operations at AbbVie from June 2024 to June 2025, Helen developed and executed an enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives and ensured operational frameworks for AI initiatives across functions. Prior to this role, Helen served as the Director of R&D Business Excellence Strategy, coordinating cross-functional alignment to optimize R&D strategies. At McKinsey & Company from October 2017 to June 2024, Helen created proprietary tools leveraging machine learning to provide pipeline intelligence for cell and gene therapy. Earlier experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where Helen managed projects related to microbiomes and environmental health, and served as a Health Communication Technology Analyst at Massachusetts General Hospital. Helen holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences in Public Health and an Honors Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology, both from Harvard University.
