Kelly Venable ⏱️

Kelly Venable has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1989, they worked as a Corporate Trainer at Brinker International. From 1991 to 1996, they served as a Sales Executive at Labor Force. Kelly then joined The TemPositions Group of Companies/Eden Staffing as a Sales/Branch Manager, where they successfully sold temporary and direct hire solutions and managed two branches. In 2002, they worked as a Meeting Consultant at InterCall, where they focused on outbound calls and presenting web conferencing platforms to C-level executives. In 2003, they started their own business called Designer Chair Covers, which they operated until 2014. From 2008 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Sales at Brooks Equipment LLC. In 2019, they became the Founder and CEO of Your Hiring Coaches. Additionally, they held various roles including Co-Chair Sponsorship at BUSINESS LEADERS OF CHARLOTTE BLOC and Mentor at #GirlsClub. Currently, they are an Early Stage Investor at Vengreso, where they guide the company as it transitions into a SaaS company.

Kelly Venable attended South Mecklenburg High School from an unknown start year to 1985. Kelly then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Appalachian State University, completing their studies from 1985 to 1989.
