Siobhan Weightman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on business intelligence, transformation, and governance. Currently serving as the Service Director of Business Intelligence and Change at WDH, Siobhan drives the delivery of corporate vision and strategy while overseeing change management and programme delivery. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Technology and Transformation at Your Homes Newcastle, and Management Consultant at FUTRA, where Siobhan enhanced customer service and governance processes. Siobhan's expertise is further complemented by roles at HMIC, Durham Police Authority, and various local government bodies, establishing a robust foundation in programme management, strategic planning, and digital transformation. Siobhan holds a Master’s degree in Social Research and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Social Research from Northumbria University.
