Catherine Ingram has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as a Volunteer at Alder Hey Children's Hospital since June 2024 and holding a long-standing position as Service Manager for Income & Money Advice at Your Housing Group since July 2006. Catherine's progression at Your Housing Group includes roles such as Interim Income Collection Manager, Collections Service Improvement Manager, Senior Income Team Leader, Income Team Leader, and Income Officer. Prior to this, various housing roles were held at Adactus Housing from August 2000 to July 2006. Catherine's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Practice from The University of Salford (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Social Science from Edge Hill University (1997-2000).
