Vicki Dermody

Vicki Dermody (nee Heyes) has extensive experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as the Head of Marketing, Communications & Engagement at Your Housing Group since July 2013. In this role, Vicki champions internal communications and engagement initiatives while also acting as the Brand Business Partner, focusing on reputational management and brand position insights. Prior to these roles, Vicki worked as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Your Housing Group and held positions at Global Renewables Lancashire, Harvest Housing Group, and Circle Leasing Ltd. Vicki's foundational work experience includes a gap year of international travel and serving as an Assistant Manager at The Old School House. Vicki holds a Post Graduate Diploma from The Manchester Metropolitan University in PR/Media.
