Paulina Skrzypczak

Paulina Skrzypczak is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in performance marketing and team management. Currently serving as Revenue Director and Head of Performance Marketing at Your KAYA since September 2020, Paulina leads a variety of marketing initiatives, including paid social, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing, while developing acquisition strategies and managing a team of specialists. Previously, Paulina held several positions at iProspect from May 2015 to September 2020, including Manager of Paid Social Team and Paid Social Practice Leader, where responsibilities included team development, client audits, and fostering innovation in paid social strategies. Paulina holds a master's degree in E-business and a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
