Prior to this role, Phil Tyo worked as a General Manager at Specialty Coatings and Consulting, managing field projects to ensure quality and timeliness, and also served as the General Manager of a Chick-fil-A franchise, successfully directing a $1.8 million location. Phil Tyo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn State Greater Allegheny, with a focus on Business, Management, and Marketing.
