Josh Hurst

Josh Hurst has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Josh is currently working as the Head of Engineering at Your Money Line. Previously, they served as the Director of Engineering at Trava, where they managed day-to-day workflows for software engineers and provided career coaching and mentorship. Josh also worked as the Software Architect at Trava, where they played a key role in launching the security assessment platform and securing seed funding. Before that, Josh was the Director of Engineering at High Alpha, where they helped entrepreneurs bring their vision to life and built SaaS teams. Josh also served as the Head of Engineering at Remodel Health, where they built the Product & Engineering team and rebuilt the Remodel Health platform. Prior to that, Josh worked at Prysm Inc. as a Software Development Manager, leading multiple teams and scaling the organization. Josh also worked as a Software Engineer at Prysm, where they developed software for the Synthesis collaboration platform. Josh started their career as a Software Engineer at Anacore, Inc., where they developed software for collaborative multi-touch applications and handled on-site deployments and integration. Josh has extensive experience in software development, team building, and DevOps tasks.

Josh Hurst attended Ball State University from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
