Marc has been the Business Owner of Your Move McLaughlin, Estate Agents since 2007, establishing a franchise of the UK's largest estate agency. Previous roles include Partner at Business Models Inc., Key Partner at Sheppard Moscow, and Co-Founder of Rothko Business Growth, where Marc emphasized organizational growth and effective change management. Early career highlights include serving as Group Professional Services Manager at Macro 4 and Project Manager at National Car Rental.
