Sophie Feller is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Your Reformer since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Key Account Manager for both the UK and APAC regions at frank green, where responsibilities included managing significant client relationships and overseeing global accounts. Sophie also held the position of Client Management & Operations at Ruby Star Traders, focusing on wholesale and retail client interactions. Prior roles at Birchbox and Charlotte Tilbury Beauty provided experience in customer service and support, while early roles in administrative and sales capacities further developed operational skills. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Communications from RMIT University and a Pilates Instructor Certification from Unite Health.
