John Coleman

John Coleman has a strong background in operations, business development, and quality assurance. From 2015 to present, they have been working at YSDS, where they held various roles such as Group Operations Director, Group COO, and Group Head of Business Development & Quality Assurance. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2015, they worked at Optimize Courier as a Temperature & Quality Control Manager and part-owner. Before that, from 2006 to 2009, they worked at World Courier as a Temperature Control Supervisor.

John Coleman has education experience in English, PE, teaching education, and business English. John attended Mid Sweden University, where they studied English, PE, and teaching education. John also attended Shane Global English School, where they focused on business English. In addition to their education, John Coleman obtained the IATA Cargo Intermediate certification from IATA Training in March 2012.
