Scott Sanfilippo

Scott Sanfilippo is the current General Manager at Your Store Wizards. Prior to this, they were with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as Park Operations from August 2018 to March 2021. Scott was also with Web.com from April 2009 to March 2018, where they became the Director of Agency Services.

At Web.com, Scott was responsible for client budget forecasting and monthly revenue reporting. Scott also worked with sales representatives and sales architects to craft custom marketing solutions for agency-qualified accounts. Furthermore, they coordinated training and hosted webinars for team members and clients on new products, sales initiatives, marketing trends and other topics of interest for small to medium size businesses.

As the Director of Agency Services, they also handled all AGENCY // Web.com client escalations to avoid churn and to ensure customer satisfaction. Scott created incentive programs to reward account managers for upselling/cross-selling clients complimentary products and services. Additionally, Scott calculated monthly commissions for account managers based on their individual book of business.

When it comes to team management, Scott has a wealth of experience in interviewing and hiring new team members, as well as coaching, disciplining, auditing, and reviewing the performance of existing team members. This makes him the perfect candidate for the General Manager position at Your Store Wizards.

Scott Sanfilippo has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from King's College.
