Leopoldo Castillo

Leopoldo Castillo is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and instruction. Since November 2020, Leopoldo has served as Chef Cook - Facilitair at YourSurprise. Prior to this role, Leopoldo worked at Boho Wassenaar from December 2019 to May 2020 and held the position of Head Chef at Natural High from June 2016 to November 2019. Leopoldo also has extensive experience as Executive Chef and Production Manager at Goddard Catering Group from March 2007 to April 2015. Earlier in 2006, Leopoldo worked as Chef Instructor for Nestle Food Services Chile and Nestle Chile, focusing on product promotion and recipe development. Educational qualifications include a BTS in Gastronomic Production Administration from INACAP (2001-2006) and secondary education from Liceo Oscar Castro Zuñiga (1997-2000).
