Simon Taylor

Simon Taylor serves as the Group CEO of Your World Recruitment Group, a healthcare staffing specialist active in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, since October 2016. Taylor is also a Non-Executive Director at Engage Education as of April 2023, focusing on technology initiatives following the acquisition of SupplyNow, which Taylor founded and exited in April 2023. Additionally, Taylor owns International School Jobs, an online platform connecting international schools with qualified teachers globally. Previous experience includes leading Capita Specialist Recruitment as Managing Director, where Taylor managed substantial turnover, and holding various roles at Capita Education Resourcing, Capita Social Care Resourcing, and LINK Recruitment, along with early career positions at Experis. Taylor earned a Law degree with honors from Swansea University.
