Kevin Dsilva began their career in 2013 as a Relationship Executive at Leo Meridian Infrastructure Projects & Hotels Limited (LMIPHL). In 2016, they moved to Practo as a Territory Sales Manager. In 2017, they became an Account Manager at Indeed.com and in 2018, they assumed the role of Program Manager at YourDOST - Your Emotional Wellness Coach.

Kevin Dsilva completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Insitute of Hotel Management from 2010 to 2013. Kevin then completed a Master's degree in Finance and Marketing from CMS Institute of Management Studies from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Degree in Digital Marketing from Digital Academy 360.
