Alana Brooks has a diverse work experience. Alana began their career in 2011 as an iSponge English teacher at Eun Bit School. In 2009, they became a Counselor/Lifeguard at MADISON COUNTY CHILDRENS CAMP INC / Camp Lookout, where they helped implement a weekly schedule for their cabin of underprivileged children, organized and led a variety of activities, identified and responded to camper behavior issues, and ensured the site was kept clean and free of litter. In 2012, they were an Assistant Manager and Management Trainee/Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2016, they were a Volunteer Foster at Operation Paws For Homes, providing love, a home, and medical care for dogs from high kill shelters. Alana was also an Offsite Tasting Team at Olney Winery and a National Account Manager at Tech USA that same year. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Business Development Representative at Synaptic AP. Currently, they are the Head of Youreka Cares at Youreka, where they enable amazing and immersive mobile experiences for field technicians and deskless workers.
Alana Brooks began their educational journey in 2005 at Clinton Community College, studying Psychology. Alana then transferred to Jefferson Community College in 2006, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. In 2007, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at SUNY Brockport, majoring in Business Administration and Management.
