Katie Shapiro

Katie Shapiro has been working in the field for over 10 years. Katie began their career in 2010 as a Research Coordinator at Comcast Spotlight. Katie then moved on to LivingSocial in 2012, where they held the roles of Program Manager, Sales Operations and Market Programmer, National Accounts. In 2015, they joined Framebridge as the Marketing Operations & Programs Manager. In 2016, they became a Salesforce Business Analyst at Rally Health. In 2018, they joined GoCanvas as the Director of Sales Operations and Salesforce Lead. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director of Revenue Operations at Youreka.

Katie Shapiro obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Management and Art Theirtory from Dickinson College in 2010. Katie also holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce, which they obtained in September 2017.
