Michal Wisniewski

Michal Wisniewski currently serves as a Product Manager at My Digital, focusing on launching a new product in the Payroll Software Industry in the UK. In addition to this role, Michal holds the position of Managing Director at YourFLOCK, an engagement platform, since September 2017. Previously, Michal worked as a Culture Consultant for Rencai Group, providing Culture Assessment solutions, and as a Performance Engineer at E.ON, where Michal improved operations at various CHP stations. Michal is also a co-founder of The Smart Explorer and has experience as an undergraduate trainee and apprentice in performance engineering and marketing. Academically, Michal holds a Master of Enterprise from The University of Manchester and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Liverpool, along with an International Baccalaureate from St. Clare's, Oxford.
