Robert Henke

Rob Henke has extensive experience in the sales and operations field, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Rob is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Operations APAC at Yourgene Health since June 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Global Sales from June 2019 to June 2021 and Area Director, Asia Pacific from April 2016 to June 2019 at Yourgene Health.

Before joining Yourgene Health, Rob worked at Illumina as the Director of Clinical Sales - APAC from January 2014 to December 2015 and Director of Sales BlueGnome - APAC in 2013. Rob also gained experience at Affymetrix, where they served as the Senior Director, Commercial Operations IMG from January 2013 to March 2013 and Director of Sales, International Markets Group from September 2008 to December 2012.

Rob started their career at Millennium Science Pty Ltd in 2001, where they held the position of National Sales Director and Chief Scientific Officer until July 2008. During this time, they managed national sales teams and was responsible for driving sales across multiple product lines. Additionally, they played a role in identifying cutting-edge technologies and supplier targets for distribution.

Prior to Millennium Science, Rob worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Amersham Pharmacia Biotech from 1999 to 2001.

Rob Henke completed their MSc in Biology from UC San Diego from 1986 to 1988. Rob then pursued a PhD in Neuroscience and Molecular Biology from the University of Sydney from 1993 to 1998.
