Sahdev Patawat

Sahdev Patawat has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sahdev started their career as an HR Intern at Forever New Clothing Pty Ltd in 2013, where they were responsible for maintaining employee data and conducting telephonic interviews. In 2015, Sahdev worked as a Marketing Intern at Lekaraao, where they formulated fulfillment strategies and handled customer queries and grievances. From 2016 to 2022, Sahdev worked at YourOwnROOM, a rental solutions start-up. Sahdev initially served as an Operations Executive, managing rental services and utilizing the company's technology-based portal and app. Sahdev then progressed to the role of Operations Lead, where they were involved in end-to-end rental service management. Eventually, Sahdev became an Operations Manager, overseeing operations and contributing to the company's growth. Currently, Sahdev holds the position of Senior Operations Manager at YourOwnROOM, where they continue to play a key role in revolutionizing the management of single room rentals in Urban India.

Sahdev Patawat completed their education at BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they pursued an Integrated Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Sahdev also obtained several certifications from Aspiring Minds in September 2014. These certifications include AMCAT Certified Channel Sales Professional, AMCAT Certified Collections Specialist, AMCAT Certified Customer Service Specialist, AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist, and AMCAT Certified Telesales Professional.
