Jessica Whitehead has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Jessica began their career as a Retail Sales Assistant at Monsoon Accessorize in 2011. In 2012, they joined Booking.com as a Customer and Accommodation Service Executive and was promoted to Senior Customer Service Executive, CS Guest Team Leader, and CS Advanced Roles Team Lead. In 2020, they moved to Encore Estate Management Ltd as a Support Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head Of Customer Care at YourParkingSpace, after previously serving as Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Team Lead.

Jessica Whitehead's education history includes completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Travel and Tourism at Cambridge Regional College from 2010 to 2012.
