Kateryna Gordienko has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Kateryna started their career in 2011 as a Sales Manager at Aegon Life. Kateryna then worked as a Support Specialist at GfK from January 2011 to November 2011. After that, they worked as a Freelance consultant at Apex Berg Contact Center Consulting from May 2011 to August 2011. In 2012, they joined YouScan as a Customer Support Manager and then progressed to become a Customer Success Manager from January 2013 to June 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at YouScan.
Kateryna Gordienko earned a Master's degree in Sociology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include "Marketing in a Digital World" from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign| Coursera, "Customer Success Management Fundamentals" from PracticalCSM, "Customer Experience Management for TOP Managers" from Lanka.CX, "CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT" from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, and "Head of department program" from STRATOPLAN MANAGEMENT SCHOOL.
