Jana Cahoon

Jana Cahoon is currently working as the Director of People Operations at YouScience since May 2022. Previously, they held the role of Director of Customer Experience and Director of Channel Business at Skipio from January 2022 to March 2022, and from August 2020 to March 2022, respectively. Prior to that, they worked at JobNimbus as the Director of People Operations from November 2018 to July 2020, where they implemented new processes, improved hiring practices, and implemented employee engagement programs. Jana also worked as a People Operations Specialist at JobNimbus from May 2018 to November 2018. Additionally, Jana has experience in customer service and sales at JetBlue Airways and as a business owner and dance instructor at Expressions Dance Academy. Jana started their career as a Senior Behavior Health Research Specialist at Kaiser Permanente in 2003 and has held various roles in health promotion and disease prevention programs at Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Jana has a strong background in people operations, customer experience, and implementing effective processes and programs.

Jana Cahoon, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences with a Community Health Emphasis from Brigham Young University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2023.
