David R Williams has extensive work experience in the field of youth advocacy and property management. David R started their career in 1993 as the CEO of D&M Properties series LLC. Since 2006, they have been working at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., where they have held various roles including Chief Program Officer, Executive Vice President, Vice President, Regional Director, and Program Director.
David R Williams received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Louisville in 1990. David R then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Chicago State University, graduating in 1993. In 1998, they attended the University of Chicago to study Social Work, but did not obtain a degree.
